Features · The whole product

Every feature, one job: no more blind calls.

ServiceScout gives every technician a short, specific read on the home and the homeowner before they knock — and gives the office an honest picture of which techs close which jobs, and why. Here is everything it does, grouped the way you'll use it.

How it works
The six steps, and the loop
Every briefed job, start to finish
Automatic × 5
OwnersDispatchersTechnicians
1 · Booked
A job is booked in your scheduling software. Nothing changes here.
2 · Built
About ten seconds later the Scout Brief exists. Automatic.
3 · Sent
Text, Slack, Teams, phone call, or on the job. Automatic once Assign & Send is on.
4 · The visit
The tech runs Today's Play. This is the only step that needs a person.
5 · Outcome
Sold, not sold, estimate open — read from your software. Automatic.
6 · Learned
Close rate updates by tech, job type and play. The next brief is smarter.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Does ServiceScout replace my scheduling software?

No. It sits beside ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber or JobNimbus and reads from it. Booking, dispatching and invoicing stay exactly where they are. ServiceScout adds the brief, the play and the reporting.

Is the brief a script?

No. The play is a starting read. The house always wins the argument. If the brief says Comfort and the first thing the homeowner says is 'the last guy ripped us off', the tech switches to Trust — and the card tells them how.

Does the customer ever see the brief?

Never. The brief is for your team. Nothing is sent to a customer, and nothing in ServiceScout approves, denies or scores anyone.

How long does setup take?

A shop with one dispatcher and a clean tech roster can be live in a week; two weeks is typical. About two hours of hands-on work for the owner, most of it deciding which job types get briefs.

How is it priced?

Plans are priced on briefs per month, not on seats — everyone in your company can log in. Brief the visits that carry a close and filter out the ones that don't.
