ServiceScout integrates fully with FieldEdge cloud (the modern web-based product, post-Xplor acquisition). The webhook-based integration described above runs on FieldEdge cloud accounts only.
For shops still on legacy ESC desktop or older dESCO products, we have a CSV-based dispatch sync that runs nightly — not as elegant as the webhook flow, but it produces the same brief output. Most operators on legacy ESC are also evaluating the FieldEdge cloud upgrade, and we recommend that path. The webhook integration is meaningfully better than CSV.

Email and SMS delivery is also configurable for techs who prefer notifications outside the app.
