01 How does the 30-day free trial work?

Sign up, connect your dispatch or CRM, and we'll start generating real Pre-Call Briefs on your upcoming appointments. No credit card required to start. After 30 days, pick the plan that fits your volume — or walk away. We'll also build sample briefs on a few past appointments so you can see exactly what your team will get.

02 How long does onboarding take?

Most teams are live in under 10 days. The Growth tier and above get a dedicated onboarding lead who connects your dispatch, tunes Persona Headlines to your trade, and trains your managers.

03 What integrations do you support?

ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Workiz, Jobber, ServiceFusion, plus HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and custom webhooks. If your platform isn't listed, ask — we add 1–2 per quarter based on demand.

04 What happens if I go over my brief volume?

We don't shut you off mid-month. Brief overage is billed at $2 per additional brief, but if you're consistently over, we'll proactively reach out about moving you to the next tier so you stop paying overage rates. Most teams settle into the right tier within 60 days.

05 Why brief volume instead of per-tech pricing?

Because brief volume is what costs us — and what creates value for you. A 5-tech shop running 800 briefs a month gets the same value as a 10-tech shop running 800 briefs. Per-tech pricing would penalize the busier shop. Volume-based pricing means you only pay for what your call book actually needs.

06 What's the contract length?

Monthly billing is standard — no long-term contract required. Annual prepay gets a meaningful discount on the Growth and Scale tiers. Enterprise contracts are typically multi-year with custom terms.

07 Can I switch plans mid-month?

Up: yes, anytime — we prorate. Down: takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Enterprise customers handle plan changes through their success manager.

08 What about the indicators — credit, income, equity? How is that compliant?

Every indicator is flagged in the brief with the same compliance frame: orientation only · do not quote. The data is statistical estimates from licensed third-party sources, used to calibrate the tech's approach — never to be repeated to the customer. Standard SOC 2 controls. Enterprise gets a full security packet on request.
